Contact the Canvas Hotline for help with: Getting started with Canvas, Canvas interface and features. Log into Canvas for online live chat from the Canvas Help menu.
At the bottom of the right-hand side menu, look for Help, then Chat with Canvas Support (staff).

Book a Canvas support session with our University of Auckland Canvas facilitator, through the Staff Service Centre (SSC) portal.
