Drop-in sessions

Our faculty co-location team offers drop-in sessions (in-person or virtual) for tailored support as you need it.

Access the support of a learning designer during scheduled drop-in hours, either in your faculty space or online. You can ask questions, test ideas, or get feedback on your teaching practice.

We can help with:

  • Reviewing assessments or course materials
  • Exploring ways to engage students
  • Thinking through Canvas setup or course structure
  • Answering questions about learning technologies or accessibility

It’s like office hours, but for your teaching design questions.

Is it right for me?

This is best for quick conversations, troubleshooting, or informal idea-sharing. For larger projects or design work, we recommend booking a TeachWell Consult or submitting a project proposal.

When and where?

We run co-location hours in selected faculties during the semester. To find out the co-location hours for your faculty, contact your faculty’s dedicated learning designer to book a session.
