FeedbackFruits licensing update

We are streamlining our digital tool offerings to enhance our learning and teaching ecosystem. Moving forward, the University of Auckland will license both the Peer Review and Group Member Evaluation tools from FeedbackFruits.
These new software tools are fully integrated into Canvas and aim to support opportunities for greater student engagement, enhance the quality of teaching and learning, promote collaborative learning and foster reflective practices.
Key agreement highlights
- Duration: A four-year licensing term.
- Integration and support: Seamless integration with Canvas, complemented by FeedbackFruits helpdesk support is available 24 hours, six days a week, Monday-Saturday.
- Enhancements: The tools are scalable for large courses and offer advanced pedagogical support and functionality, ensuring a smooth transition from NUS’ Teammates v4.
- Alignment: This step completes the objectives set out in the 2021 UoA Business Recovery review.

Training for the effective use of the tool will be provided through a combination of:
- Online support from FeedbackFruits staff
- Ranga Auaha Ako learning designers via TeachWell Consult
- Our FeedbackFruits self-directed resources
