Conference: EDUCAUSE 2025 Annual Conference (in-person & online)

Hybrid conference for higher‑ed technology professionals exploring innovation, strategy and inclusion.

The 2025 EDUCAUSE Annual Conference will take place 27–30 October 2025 in Nashville, TN (US Central Time), followed by an online-only component on 12–13 November 2025. It is the flagship event for higher education learning technology professionals, bringing together thought leaders, practitioners, vendors and academic staff to network, explore emerging technologies, and share solutions for institutional challenges.

The conference includes in-person preconference workshops, general and breakout sessions, networking opportunities and exhibitor showcases in Nashville. The online portion delivers select sessions, live presentations and community engagement through a digital platform.

Attendees can choose to attend only in-person or add online access; in-person registrations include access to the online follow-up. Topics cover cybersecurity, student experience, AI, infrastructure, strategy, leadership, accessibility, learning and more.
