Academic Integrity Management System (AIMS) Seminar
The Academic Quality Office invites staff to register for seminars on managing and reporting allegations of academic misconduct.
The Academic Quality Office is hosting seminars for staff interested in learning more about the University’s academic misconduct processes and how to handle academic integrity breach allegations.
Have you identified a group of students who may have colluded on an assignment? Do you suspect a student has impermissibly used gen-AI in their assignment?
Anyone can report suspected academic integrity breaches via the Academic Integrity Breach Report. But what information is needed in a report? What is an appropriate assignment penalty for, say, alleged plagiarism? Who can I contact if I need assistance investigating an alleged academic integrity breach?
These questions will be addressed in the seminar.
