Welcome to TeachWell Digital
Welcome to the University’s portal for things related to learning and teaching.
Dr Gayle Morris, Director Learning and Teaching
Staff now have a single place where they can access resources to support their teaching practice, to identify professional learning opportunities and find out about the communities of interest in which to participate.
One of the key aims of the site’s development was to bring together both central and faculty-based information into one place. There is a wealth of resources created by faculties that are valuable to colleagues from across the University.
The site is intended to be dynamic and updated regularly to ensure staff have access to up-to-date information about teaching and learning and to spark ideas for course and programme design. The site will reflect the aspirations expressed in Taumata Teitei and a focus for the website has been to create and curate examples of practice that exemplify the Signature Pedagogical Practices that support the Curriculum Framework Transformation project.
TeachWell Digital was designed and developed by a team from Ranga Auaha Ako, guided by a Working Group comprising academic and professional staff from across the University. The website is part of a wider Academic Development – Learning and Teaching project, focusing on building a cohesive and connected approach to professional development for learning and teaching.
We are keen to receive feedback on the website and the link to send feedback is available at the bottom of each page.
