Reminder: Prepare for SET evaluations
SET (Summative Evaluation Tool) is the University’s online course and teaching student evaluation system.
The Course and Teaching Evaluations (SET) will be available for students from the following dates. In order to increase response rate and effectively capture student voice, it has proven successful to dedicate some time in class for students to fill out the survey.
You can now share a QR code with your students to access the evaluation directly. Here’s how:
- Go to Blue (the SET Portal)
- Click “Subject Management”
- Click the symbol of the relevant course
- Click “View QR Code”
- Click “View QR Code” again or copy the short link
- Share the QR code or the short link with your students.
Remember, acknowledging and valuing student feedback can significantly enhance the quality of your course evaluations.

Summer School: Mon 5 Feb – Sun 11 Feb 2024
Semester One: Mon 20 May – Wed 5 June 2024
Semester Two: Mon, 07 Oct – Wed, 23 Oct
Quarter One: Mon 4 Mar – Sun 17 Mar 2024
Quarter Two: Mon 3 Jun – Sun 16 Jun 2024
Quarter Three: Mon 26 Aug – Sun 8 Sep 2024
Quarter Four: Mon 18 Nov – Sun 1 Dec 2024
