Reminder: Exam Data Collector opening dates and submission deadlines for exam details
A friendly reminder about important dates for exams.
Exam Data Collector is open for faculty Academic Services staff to update coursework and exam details online. This means that teachers should decide on which mode of exam is appropriate for their course and complete the request form by the deadline for submission.
Please familiarise yourself with exam modes on the Inspera Online Assessments Hub.
Only new or updated exam mode requests need to be submitted to Assessment Services. Approved exams will automatically carry over with the same mode of invigilation as the most recent semester. No action is needed for unchanged exams.
Criteria for invigilation: Invigilation is needed for external accreditation, professional registration, paper-based exams with high volume of hand-written answers, or specific academic integrity concerns. Discuss your invigilation needs with your Associate Dean (Teaching and Learning) and get their endorsement before submitting.
Exam mode requests can be made through the Inspera Online Assessments Hub.
