We meet monthly to showcase good learning and teaching practice.
Join experts from across the University as we share our experience in learning and assessment design, educational practice, and the opportunities and challenges brought about by emerging technology.
All UoA staff members are welcome so please subscribe to the mailing list and we will send the relevant details to you.
When: Third Thursday of each month (March–November) 2–3.30pm
Where: Online via Zoom
The session dates for 2026 are: 19 March, 16 April, 21 May, 18 June, 16 July, 20 August, 17 September, 15 October, and 29 November.
Our Microsoft Teams channel provides a place for conversation. New subscribers will be added to the channel and sent invitations to the sessions. If you don’t have access after a day or so, please email us.

Our goal
We aim is to empower educators and learners through collaborative exploration and innovation in learning design, assessment strategies, and technology-enhanced education (including generative AI) and to foster compelling, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences. Through building our community we hope to advance university education through innovation, collaboration, and technology, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity in learning and teaching.
