Notes for the teaching team's follow-up
Before publishing the pages/course, the teaching team would need to have updated the following items and the core pages:
- Check, read, and remove the notes marked in square brackets [...] for course lecturers and make corresponding updates, where appropriate, across all pages.
- Run and fix the broken links via Canvas Links Validation and fix the accessibility issues via UDOIT tool
- Check out the details on Canvas Baseline Checklist (under the last Modules)
Meet the Team page
- Staff/representative photos and contact details (including the name and email of the year or cohort representatives).
Syllabus page
- DCO link.
- Ensure "Course Summary" is checked.
Course Schedule page
- Dates for the corresponding academic term.
Assessments (overview page) and Assignments:
- Details (date, content, weighting) for both pages
Weekly pages
- Course materials (e.g., PDF/PPT) with a consistent and explicit naming convention. For example, upload the Lecture Slides and Workshop Slides.
- Check out Weekly page (template) if needed
Reading Lists
- Update the Talis for corresponding academic term.
Panopto Videos
- Upload all lecture recordings on Panopto Videos and embed them onto the corresponding topic pages if needed.
