Abstract
Alice Hodder will speak to current experiences associated with integrating WIL and Career Development Learning more widely across the university, how different faculties approach WIL, and some common challenges.
Following this, Ina Reichenberger will provide case study examples about how WIL can be successfully integrated within undergraduate Bachelor of Commerce courses to ease student transition into careers, discussing challenges and benefits for both the student experience and faculty stakeholder relationships.
